A fabulous weekend at Antrim Coast Half Marathon and I couldnโt resist jumping in the race with 400 metres to go to give Jo an incentive to run faster.
Jo was part of the sub 2 hour pacing group.
Now go and wash your eyes out with bleach ๐

Just had to share this with you all. Itโs the Running at 40 Plus co founder Sally Hopkinson completing her very first half marathon at the Antrim Coast Half Marathon yesterday.
Before today the furthest sheโd ever run was 8 miles and she completed the stunning coastal course in sub 3 hours. Fantastic Sally, Iโm super proud of youโฆ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฅ๐๐
Itโs a brilliant event and highly recommend.

Itโs Medal Monday and time to show off your bling. A little bias today with Sally Hopkinson with her medal from Antrim Coast Half Marathon
It was Sallyโs very first half marathon, in fact the furthest sheโs ever run before was 8 miles.
So Literally Everyone please help me in congratulating Sally for an amazing achievement.

Itโs great to stay behind and cheer home the final finishers at races. This is the finish of the Antrim Coast Half Marathon 2026. These two are amazing and show what running means to different people. Congratulations to โPurple Peteโ and Josephine Ocaka.

The Inaugural 5K ran just before the Antrim Coast Half Marathon this morning. Itโs great to see the guys towards the back of the pack finish and just what it means to them as you can see as this lady crosses the finish line. Congratulations ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฅ๐
