🏆❤️🤍 SEPTEMBER PLAYER OF THE MONTH 🤍❤️🏆

🥁 OP2 — OLLIE! 🥁

A massive congratulations to Ollie on being named our Bolsover Town U9s Player of the Month for September! 👏⚽🔥

Since joining the squad, Ollie has settled straight in and become a fantastic addition to the team. It’s never easy coming into a new group, getting to know your teammates and adapting to a new environment, but Ollie has taken it all in his stride! ❤️🤍

One of the things that has really impressed me as a manager is his fantastic attitude and willingness to learn. He listens, takes on board what we’re asking of him and is always looking to improve his game. That attitude will take him a long way, and it’s exactly what we want to see from our young players. 💪👏

On the pitch, Ollie isn’t afraid to put himself about either! He puts in strong but fair challenges, competes for the ball and shows real determination when fighting for his team. He understands the importance of being committed in a challenge while still respecting his opponents and playing the game the right way. 🛡️⚽

What makes me particularly pleased is the way he has approached everything with such a positive mindset. He’s fitted into the group brilliantly, continues to work hard and is showing that he wants to develop both as a player and as a teammate.

As a manager, seeing a player arrive, settle in so quickly and show such a great attitude is something to be proud of. Ollie has earned this recognition through his effort, commitment and willingness to learn.

Well done, Ollie! 🥁🏆 Keep listening, keep learning, keep working hard and keep believing in yourself. This is just the beginning of your journey with Bolsover Town, and I’m looking forward to seeing you continue to develop throughout the season!

A thoroughly deserved award, mate. Keep it going! ❤️🤍👏

TRAIN HARD. PLAY HARD. BE FEARLESS. BE CONFIDENT. MOST IMPORTANTLY………HAVE FUN. 🐦‍⬛🔴⚪🐦‍⬛

🏆❤️🤍 TOM HENSON PLAYER OF THE MATCH 🤍❤️🏆

🥁 HL6 — HARLOW! 🥁

What a performance from Harlow! 👏⚽🔥

Today, Harlow thoroughly deserved to be named our Tom Henson Player of the Match, putting in a fantastic display that showed exactly what we want to see from our Bolsover Town U9s players.

From the first whistle to the last, his work rate was really good, getting forward, working back and getting some tackles in. He worked really hard for for the team and his team mates today, As a manager, it’s fantastic to see that level of effort and commitment. 💪🔴⚪

And when it came to finishing, Harlow was absolutely on point! 🎯⚽ His composure in front of goal was superb, taking his opportunities brilliantly and showing that when chances come your way, you’ve got to be ready to take them. Today was definitely Harlows day infront of Goal 🥅🔥

What impressed me just as much as his football was his fantastic attitude. Harlow approached the game with a positive mindset, confidence and a willingness to keep working hard for his teammates. It’s that combination of ability, effort and attitude that makes a real difference on the pitch.

As a manager, I always want the lads to enjoy their football, believe in themselves and never be afraid to express themselves. Harlow did exactly that today, playing with confidence, working hard for the team and showing a real eye for goal. Long may it continue! 👏❤️🤍

Be proud of the performance and long may it continue ☺️⚽️

A massive well done from me! Keep those goals coming, HL6! 🥁⚽🔥

🔴⚪️ BOLSOVER TOWN U9s | MATCH REPORT ⚪️🔴
🆚 Espial
📍 Brookfield Community School
⏰ 10:10 KO
Today we asked the players to dig deep, work hard and give absolutely everything they had — and what a game they gave us! 💪⚽
From the first whistle, we knew we were going to have to battle. Espial came at us quickly and had the wind in their sails, putting us under pressure. It took some determined defending and a couple of brilliant saves from Smithy 🧤 to keep them at bay.
A fantastic strike saw us take the lead, but with Espial pushing hard, they found their way back into the game. However, a well-worked team goal and a great ball into the right area saw us go into half-time ahead. 🔥
At the break, the message was simple: keep working hard, look after the ball and stick together as a team. 👊
Our opponents came out the quickest in the second half, finding a goal to make things tight again. We managed to get another goal ourselves, but Espial weren't going away and hit back with two goals of their own to bring themselves right back into the contest.
We spoke to the players about the importance of hard work and never giving up, and today they got their reward! ❤️💙 With more or less the last kick of the game, we found a way to get the job done! 😮‍💨⚽
It wasn't easy, it wasn't straightforward, but the players kept going right until the very end. There are plenty of things for us to learn from, but the determination and effort shown by the team deserve huge credit.
We don't do things the easy way… WE DO THEM THE BOLSOVER WAY! 🐦‍⬛🔴⚪️🐦‍⬛
Well done, lads! Keep believing, keep working and keep pushing each other. Proud of the effort! 👏

🏆🔥 BOLSOVER TOWN U9s TRAINER OF THE WEEK 🔥🏆

🥁 JW4 — JOSEPH 🥁

A massive well done to Joseph, who is this week’s Trainer of the Week! 👏⚽️

Tonight, Joseph put in a really positive session and showed exactly the kind of attitude that I want to see from all of the players. 💪

One of the biggest positives for me as his manager was his communication with his teammates. 🗣️⚽ Joseph was constantly talking, encouraging those around him and helping the team work together. That communication is so important, especially as the boys continue to develop and learn how to play as a team.

His passing was another real highlight tonight. Joseph judged his passes really well throughout the whole session, showing good awareness of where his teammates were and when to play the ball. 👌 He looked composed and made some really good decisions with possession.

Then when it came to the shooting part of the session, Joseph continued to work hard and showed some great technique and finishing. 🎯🔥

As a manager, it’s really pleasing to see Joseph continuing to develop not just as a player, but also in his confidence, communication and understanding of the game. 👏

🏆 A thoroughly deserved Trainer of the Week, Joseph!

Keep working hard, keep listening, keep learning and most importantly…

❤️🤍 KEEP ENJOYING YOUR FOOTBALL! 🤍❤️

Well done mate! 👏⚽️🔥

🔴⚽ BOLSOVER TOWN JUNIORS REPRESENT! ⚽🔴
A massive congratulations to our very own GS8 and NS1 on being selected for the Bolsover Town Juniors Saturdays Team of the Week! 👏🔥
Two of our players proudly representing Bolsover Town U9s and showing that hard work, commitment and a great attitude never go unnoticed. 💪❤️🤍
Keep up the fantastic work, we’re all really proud of you! 👏👏
Well deserved! 🏆⚽

🏆🔥 TOM HENSON PLAYER OF THE MATCH 🔥🏆
⭐ GS8 — GEORGE ⭐

What a really fine display of football from George today! 👏⚽️

As his manager, I was really impressed with George, he put in a fantastic all-round performance, both going forwards and defensively, and he was involved in so many positive moments for the team. 💪🔴⚪

Defensively, George showed some excellent awareness. He worked incredibly hard to protect his teammates and goalkeeper, tracked runners, put himself in the right positions and wasn’t afraid to get stuck in when we needed him. 🛡️👏

But what really stood out today was his ability to contribute at both ends of the pitch. Going forwards, George looked confident, composed and purposeful. He made some really good decisions with the ball and was in the right place at the right time to finish off some beautifully worked team goals. 🔥⚽️

For me, that’s what made his performance so impressive today. He wasn’t just focused on what he could do individually — he was constantly thinking about what the team needed from him. He worked hard, stayed disciplined, other than stepping in to help a teammate and showed a fantastic attitude from start to finish. ❤️🤍

A really fine display going forwards and defensively, George. You should be extremely proud of the performance you put in today. 👏🔥

🏆 A thoroughly deserved Tom Henson Player of the Match award! 🏆

Keep working hard, keep learning and most importantly, keep enjoying your football, George! ⚽️❤️🤍

Well deserved, George 👏👏

🔴⚽ MATCH REPORT ⚽🔵

Bolsover Town FC U9s 🆚 Buxton Young Bucks Greens

☀️ A sunny day at Brookfield saw the boys looking to continue where they left off last week — and they certainly got off to a great start!

From the first whistle, we played some really nice football, moving the ball well and working together as a team. Some fantastic team goals were finished off by George and Carson, giving us a great start to the game. 👏⚽

At half time, the team was reminded the game wasn't over!
Keep working, keep going and, most importantly, don't switch off!

And it certainly wasn't over! 😅

Our opponents came out of the blocks fast in the second half and started firing in goals, putting us under pressure and making us work hard.

We dug deep, kept battling and responded with a few more goals of our own in the second half to round off a hard-fought game of football. 💪

⚽ UP THE ROOKS! 🐦‍⬛⚽

🏆🔥 TRAINER OF THE WEEK 🔥🏆

🥁 NS1 — SMITHY 🥁

Tonight Smithy was in fantastic form between the sticks! 🧤⚽️

He made a number of really good saves throughout the session and looked confident and composed in goal. His handling was excellent, getting his hands behind the ball and dealing with everything that came his way.

But one of the biggest positives for me as his manager was his distribution. 👏

Smithy is becoming more and more confident with the ball, and he’s not afraid to look up and try to get the team on the front foot. That willingness to play short or long, make decisions and help start our attacks is something I really want to see develop in him.

To Smithy’s credit his enjoyment he gets from being in goal is great. He works hard, listens, tries to take things on board and, most importantly, he absolutely loves playing football. ❤️🤍

Keep working hard, keep making those saves and keep enjoying every minute of it, Smithy!

A thoroughly deserved Trainer of the Week award tonight. 🏆👏

Fantastic work, mate — keep it up! 💪🔥
