4οΈβ£ EXTERNAL ROTATION WITH A RESISTANCE BAND

5οΈβ£ SLEEPER STRETCH
Lie on your side with the shoulder you want to stretch underneath you. Keep your upper arm around 90Β° and gently use your opposite hand to move the forearm towards the floor. You should feel a gentle stretch around the back of the shoulder β never force it.
β±οΈ Hold 20β30 seconds | 2β3 sets
π‘ TIP: Healthy shoulders need both mobility and strength. Regularly working on your rotator cuff, shoulder blades and range of motion can help make everyday movements feel easier.
Start gently and gradually increase the difficulty as your shoulder becomes stronger. The exercises should feel controlled and should not cause sharp or increasing pain.
β οΈ Stop and seek professional advice if you experience severe or persistent pain, significant weakness, swelling, numbness, tingling, pain travelling down the arm, or symptoms following an injury.
