We’ll be honest — this one really took us by surprise. We work incredibly hard to give the best service we can, so it’s tough to read something like this.

For context, we did ask the customers to wait outside, which isn’t unusual for us during busy periods. When the shop is full, it helps us give everyone the time, space, and attention they deserve rather than rushing the experience. And at that time, we were really busy.

We know the level of service we aim to provide every day, so while it’s hard not to take this to heart, we also know this isn’t a true reflection of what we do 💛

Sounds like a plan for Father’s Day. And who knew, what a great piece of local history 🏏
