With only a week to go, preparations are underway for our Cosy Winter Retreat Day and I'm looking forward to collaborating with Asmita Khemka, creator and founder of Art from Hearts.
Asmita will join me to align, heal and manifest with the chakras.
Chakras are beautiful energy centres, like little anchors of wisdom inside us. As we combine yoga practice with nuerographica art, we set intentions and give them a pathway to flow into our lives.

Beginning on Saturday this workshop offers a practical approach to understand your constitution, patterns of health and bring balance to your life using Yoga and Ayurveda principles
Arranged over four weeks, each class will be themed around a specific dosha (body type), to increase your prana or life energy and a perfect combination of fast, slow, deep and light yoga postures to harmonise the energy and strengthen the body, breathing techniques to help support you as you transition through any imbalances and boost your health. Deep mindful relaxations to leave you rested yet invigorated with inner vitality.
Discover easy recipes, foods, oils, herbs and rituals that are right for You and enjoy better sleep, relief from stress and enhance your well-being.
