So why did we bring SOL to LifeLab?
Because we fell in love with hot mat Pilates and knew Chislehurst needed to experience it too. We wanted to elevate what we offer at the Lab and bring you something completely different.
SOL is designed to work alongside your current Lab training schedule — not replace it. Lab classes remain a huge part of who we are and always will be. SOL simply gives you another way to move, recover, strengthen and challenge yourself.
This is not just a workout.

SOL isn’t about unbearable heat or a suffocating room.
Our infrared heated studio delivers:

Rebrands can sometimes feel like businesses chasing trends but that has never been us!
Of course we have evolved but this rebrand was not about keeping up. It was about marking ten years of showing up, building something real and creating a space that still feels different to any other gym.
Even saying ten years still feels a bit surreal.
This next chapter has brought a new energy into everything. Not just how things look but how it feels to walk through our doors, train here and be part of what we have built together.
More than anything, we want more people to experience it for themselves. Because one session is usually all it takes to realise this is not your typical gym and it never will be!

Why do we focus on small group sessions at LifeLab instead of being a big open gym with classes? Let us explain 👇
We call ourselves a ‘boutique’ gym and no, that doesn’t mean overly fancy or expensive (although our gym is pretty nice if we do say so ourselves). It means intentional, personal, and exclusive.
Our sessions are capped at just 8 people. That means you’re never lost in the crowd. You’re seen, supported, and coached every step of the way.
But it’s more than just training, it’s community. You’ll see the same faces each week, build real connections, and maybe even find a few lifelong friends along the way.
At the Lab, we’re proud to have created more than just a place to work out, we’ve built a space where people belong.
