A lovely message we received following our performance at Chislehurst Rocks.

It’s always so lovely to hear that our pupils have made an impact when they perform in the local community.

A huge well done to everyone who took part, you were fantastic!

Today is World Mental Health Day and it’s a good reminder that looking after our wellbeing can take many different forms.

For many of our pupils, dance is about so much more than learning choreography. It’s having somewhere to go each week, spending time with friends, expressing yourself and being part of a supportive environment.

We love seeing the confidence that grows alongside our pupils’ dancing and the friendships they build along the way.

Sometimes, having something you enjoy and a place where you feel comfortable can make a real difference to how you feel.

Today, we’re encouraging everyone to make a little time for themselves and check in with the people around them too. 💜

Our Senior Ballet classes are all about developing technique, strength and artistry while continuing to challenge and inspire our dancers 🩰

From refining technique to building confidence and expressing themselves through movement, our dancers continue to grow and develop with every class.

Today is World Teachers’ Day, so we’re taking a moment to celebrate the incredible teachers who make MSAOD what it is.

Teaching dance is about so much more than learning steps and routines. It’s about helping pupils build confidence, encouraging them when something feels difficult, celebrating their progress and giving them the support they need to keep going.

Our teachers play such an important part in our pupils’ dance journeys, from their very first class through to performances, exams and everything in between.

A huge thank you to our wonderful teaching team for everything you do.
We’re so lucky to have you as part of MSAOD.
