Friday night was a fantastic experience for our lads as we took on Charlton U14s Advanced Academy in a thrilling and highly competitive match. 💪⚽️

A hard-fought game from start to finish, with our boys showing incredible character, quality, and determination against top opposition. Despite an unlucky 5-3 result, the scoreline doesn’t tell the full story — hitting the post and crossbar proved just how close we were to taking even more from the game.

So proud of the effort, attitude, and resilience shown by every player. These are the experiences that help us grow, learn, and push forward. 👏

A huge thank you to Charlton FC for the invitation and hospitality — we truly appreciate the opportunity and look forward to more matches in the future.

Massive respect to our Urban Elite Academy boys who pushed through freezing temperatures in training last night. The grit, the hunger, and the determination were unreal. 💪⚽
While most people were wrapped up indoors, these lads were out there putting in the work — sharpening their skills, supporting each other, and proving why champions are made long before match day.
Proud of every single one of you. Keep showing that elite mindset! 🔥
