We have been up and running under our new name, West Dorset Pilates for a few months now and have a few great taster sessions in November (click below to find out more). So it seems like a good time to let you know that we will be closing this page on 1st November. Thank you for all your support, we hope you will like and follow our new page, and of course, join us soon 😊

Focus sessions anchor around one theme. Would this interest you? Whether you are looking for a second Pilates class, want to top up your training, need to give yourself a bit of additional focus…

Thanks so much, everyone. See you on the other side - you won't want to miss all the latest on our Sunflower Sundowner 😀
