NOVICE ROUNDUP 💙💛!!! What an electric year ⚡️⚡️

As we start to think about our new fresher cohort it seems the perfect time to celebrate ✨one of the best group of freshers ever✨!!

Shout out to Ella and Oscar, our lovely novice captains 🧑‍🍼, for raising this army of divas who have been nothing short of fabulous from day one!!

They've taken every challenge in their stride: silent cox boxes, snapping blades, Ella not being able to start the launch, Thames water in all the wrong places and spending more hours in Scala than in cruci 🤫....

Thank you for keeping us so entertained throughout the year ❤️‍🔥 we are so proud of you all!!

What a *FANTASTIC* performance from every single RUMSBC member. Whether on the water, a supporter, a winner or not, you can be UNBELIEVABLY PROUD of what we have all achieved, and I am so so glad that everyone is a little part of what makes us an INCREDIBLE CLUB. 💙💛💙💛

What better way to spend a Saturday than waking up at 6am to race 7km at a crisp 9 degrees? I could name a few actually but these men are sick and twisted!

Come down and watch! Be at Hammersmith bridge for 1pm with a north face on and m&s mojito in hand 🤣🥂 summer hasn’t started yet 👙🌞

Our coxing beast rohini and fresher Darius are jumping ship and competing with Bart’s as well so that’s two more boats that you can eagerly wait for💙💛

After an Olympic level performance at uh head our senior men’s crew is ready to overtake many boats 🛥️ this is going to be one for the history books so don’t miss out 👯‍♀️

to top of an electrifying and dynamic night in tottenham rumsbc was named the rums club of the year!!!!

this amazing achievement recognises everyone at the club for fundraising, socials, the people and maybe the sport as well? I don’t really do much of that anymore but I hear that we are winning loads of things 🩷

on top of that we had to say goodbye to some of our doctors this week. many tears were shed. but I fear we will still be seeing a select few at every sportsnight next year . may rumsbc haunt them for the foreseeable 🙏🙏

and not only did they become doctors but lauren, lewis, kira and sam were awarded an honorary life membership🤪🤪 unfortunately this does not earn them any portfolio points 😞
