Sevilla International Rowing Masters Regatta - Medal success in Seville!

Congrats to our QBC members who travelled to Seville last weekend for the regatta and came home with well-deserved medals.

The regatta is held on the edge of the city and a magnificent suspension bridge dominates the course. Racing in the autumn sunshine there was hard to beat.

Special mention goes to our Masters M4-, who were singled out for flying down the course like true erg monsters. Our head coach will be very proud!

Go Quintin

18 of our intermediate and development members enjoyed a 2 day trip to Downing College in Cambridge this weekend. They had six coaching sessions over two days in the tank and on the River Cam. It looked like a great few days of paddling with coach Simon Wood.

Our new boathouse at Quintin Boat Club has been shortlisted in the Architectural Awards 2026 - Leisure Projects and we had the pleasure to welcome the judges for a look around the site recently. Needless to say they were suitably impressed 💙

We recently commissioned a short film showcasing the transformation of Quintin Boat Club. While retaining the character of our original clubhouse, the rear of the boathouse was demolished to make way for a stunning redevelopment, creating eight boat bays, dedicated Men’s, Women’s and Junior changing rooms, a cardio gym, weights gym, kitchen, crew room, terrace and the original clubroom and balcony.

We’re incredibly proud of what has been created and love our new home on the Tideway. We hope you enjoy the film and a glimpse of the new Quintin Boat Club.

With thanks to all those involved in our redesign and the occupiers onsite who will share our home.
