Whilst at the session today we had a little nearest the pin competition to finish as we normally do. Only today was a little special for Alan our longest serving member. He only went and put his tee shot with a pitching wedge straight in to register a HOLE IN ONE. As verified by the photograph below.

A very busy day today with 14 people joining us at Our Friday session. And that’s without several regulars unable to join us.
Double sessions start next week to help us cope with the increased numbers. So plenty of space available for anyone who would like to come along and see what we are all about.
Check out our events. Wednesday 3 - 5 and Friday 11 - 1 both at Duxbury Park Golf Course with the fabulous Rudi Ryan PGA Pro overseeing the golf. First session free then £5 per session including free tea/coffee.

Some photos from Wednesday’s session at which our local Green Party Councillor Mrs Olga Cash joined us to show us her support and have a go.
Also Olga spent some time catching up with her old adversary ex Labour Mayor Steve Holgate who is a regular at our sessions.

There are now junior and beginner sessions five days a week at Duxbury Park ⛳📅

Golf Foundation runs Monday, Thursday and Saturday, and Golf Fore The Ages with Rudi Ryan runs Wednesday and Friday, with morning, evening and weekend slots to choose from.
