Leg-ography is designed to add that unforgettable wow-factor to your pole and base work. We’ll be working on owning the space around the base, and focusing on the art of dynamic, eye-catching legwork to hypnotise your audience. Unlock the secrets to fluid, powerful, and intricate legwork that commands attention before you even leave the ground.

Whether you’re into slinky low-flow, contemporary pole, or just want to level up your floorwork, this workshop will give you the tools to stand out. All levels from beginner up are welcome. Heels are optional. Knee pads are recommended.

Our move of the month for June is splits! If you’re worried that you’re not as bendy as a wet noodle, dont fear - we have lots of splitty-looking moves for even the tightest hamstrings!
