I can smile. I can laugh. I can walk into a room and look like everything is absolutely fine.
But how many people actually know whatβs going on behind my eyes?
At 45 years old, I find myself asking a question I never thought Iβd have to askβ¦
At what age do we finally say: enough is enough?
Should I really have to tolerate feeling bullied in the workplace?
Should I have to watch my business be affected?
Should I have to deal with my personal life being disrupted?
Should one personβs drama be allowed to spill into so many different areas of someone elseβs life β especially when all I want is peace, to do my job, run my business and get on with my life?
Iβm not interested in arguments.
Iβm not interested in drama.
Iβm not interested in revenge.
I just want peace.
And sometimes the person laughing the loudest or smiling the biggest is carrying far more behind their eyes than anyone realises.
Maybe I've stayed quiet for too long because I didn't want to make things worse. But staying quiet doesn't always make something go away.
So I genuinely want to ask people this:
Would you keep your head down and ignore itβ¦ or would you finally stand up and say, βEnoughβ?
Because at 45, Iβm starting to think protecting your peace isnβt creating drama.
Sometimes itβs simply refusing to live in someone elseβs. β€οΈ
