So it's been 4 weeks since this young lady started doing pts and my boxfit class and as you can see the changes are UNREAL. 15.5 INCHES LOSS and a load of confidence gained. I'm so proud of her and her drive to meet her goal. I cannot wait to see what the next 4 week changes will be like 💪💪💪💪

All our members are welcome to come down and support Aidan robb as he runs his very own comp in clydebank. This is going to be a great day for our gym and we urge everyone to come and support the competitor's from all over Scotland.
