Pegasus U15 Girls 3️⃣ Epping Town 0️⃣

Another fantastic win for the girls, this time against the previously unbeaten league leaders 🙌

A lovely 3-0 win at home. 💛🖤

Last Thursday the girls spent their training session working on corners as they have such talented delivery. All 3 goals were from corners! ⚽️

As usual the whole team was superb and all played their part but Maya was this weeks Players of the match.
Her work rate going forward and getting back was 100% throughout and on the ball caused constant problems with her progressive and tenacious attitude.

“I can’t believe I’m actually here.” 🥹⚽

Those were six-year-old Billy’s words as he sat at Wembley watching England last night. 💛

Billy joined Pegasus at the start of this season and absolutely lives for football. But after recently being diagnosed with Perthes disease, he’s had to stop playing and is currently using a wheelchair while he begins his journey towards getting back to the game he loves.

After what has understandably been a really tough few weeks, our very own Ian arranged tickets for Billy and his family to experience England at Wembley. 🏟️

And we think these photos say it all. 🥹

Billy’s mum told Ian afterwards:

“He turned to us a few times during the game and said ‘I can’t believe I’m actually here.’ You made a little boy, who’s going through a tough time, very happy.”

A huge thank you to Ian for making this happen.

Billy might not be able to play alongside his teammates right now, but he’s still very much part of the Pegasus family — and has even been helping his Dad coach the U8 Reds while he waits for the day he can get back on that pitch.

Billy’s family and friends have also set up a GoFundMe to help give him back some of the independence he’s lost, including support towards an electric wheelchair, adaptations and therapy. 💛

YOUTH RESULTS | U12+ 💛🖤

Plenty to celebrate from Sunday’s action! 🙌⚽️

A brilliant set of results across our youth teams, including 4 wins from 4 for our U12 Yellows! 🔥

The U13 Blues produced an excellent 4–1 home win against a physical Harwich & Park side, while our U15 Girls handed the previously unbeaten league leaders a 3–0 defeat — with all three goals coming from corners they’d spent Thursday working on! 👏👏

And a special mention to our U8 Reds too, who stepped up against a team a year older and came away with a fantastic win. 💪

Well done to all of our teams, coaches and supporters. 💛🖤

Their first ever season, first tournament and straight in against teams with 3–4 seasons of experience behind them. ⚽️

The girls made quite the first impression — unbeaten without conceding in the group stages and finishing an incredible 3rd overall. 👏

Designed to help players become stronger, faster and more resilient, sessions focus on strength, speed, power, agility, fitness and injury prevention — all supporting better performance on the pitch.

A fantastic 3-1 win for our U13 Blacks last Sunday 💛🖤

Playing away against Colchester Villa in their brand new hot pink kit by we_are_sinew and sponsored by Michaels Property Consultants Michael Simpson the boys smashed it!

A special well done to Tom for stepping up and putting in another shift in goal while the team continues its search for a new goalkeeper 👏🧤
