Everyday at 12:30pm will be running a virtual PT session for anyone looking to break up there day & keep active during this uncertain time.

Today, we are doing 40 minutes of HIIT to work on our aerobic capacity. Expect lots of EMOM’s, AMRAPS & Burpees.

TESTING WEEK.

Last week we re-tested the tests we did at the beginning of this training block and we were over the moon with the results. Hitting 100% improvements, these are the best results we have had thus far.
