Best of luck to our ISTD Set Dance & Rock’n’Roll Finalists taking part in the ISTD DFR Grand Finals 2026! 🏆✨

The standard at the qualifiers this year has been incredible, with some amazing dancers and performances across the board. To make it through to the Grand Finals amongst such a high standard is a fantastic achievement, and we are so proud of every single one of you!

All the hard work, dedication and commitment you’ve put in each week has got you here — now it’s time to go out there, shine and show everyone the superstars you are! ⭐️

Enjoy every moment, dance your hearts out and be proud of how far you’ve come!

A final push Friday night at an extra training session and then it’s finals time eeek!

Lots of love,
Carolyn, Louise, Kelly & Chantelle ❤️ x

Last Wednesday in Competition Class and it was Rock’n’Roll time! 💃🏼🕺🏼

With exams and competitions coming up, we took it right back to basics — flicks, hand positions, partnering and plenty of practice!

From our beginners through to our advanced dancers, everyone was getting stuck in and working on those all-important foundations… because even the best dancers need to go back to basics! 🔥

A little bit of technique, a lot of dancing and plenty of partnering practice! ❤️‍🔥
