Our young people are at the heart of everything we do. Your document highlights this beautifully: “We want every young person who walks through our doors to know that they are valued for who they are — not simply for how well they throw, catch, dodge or compete.”

Sport gives young people confidence, friendship, fun, belonging and a safe space to be themselves. There will be good days and difficult days — and that’s okay. What matters is that they always have someone in their corner.

At Corby Dodgeball Club CIC, everyone has a place on our court. Dodgeball is a sport that can be adapted and enjoyed by people of different ages, abilities, genders, backgrounds and experiences.

This National Inclusion Week, we’re celebrating the differences, experiences and personalities that make our club stronger. Whether you’re picking up a ball for the first time or representing your county or country, you deserve to feel welcome, valued and supported.

What a fantastic afternoon at the Lodge Park Family Fun Day! ❤️🖤

Today, Sunday 13th September, we were delighted to be part of the North Northamptonshire Leisure and partners Lodge Park Family Fun Day, bringing Corby Dodgeball Club CIC to Lodge Park Sports Centre in Corby from 1pm–4pm! 🏐

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along and had a go at dodgeball! Whether you were trying it for the first time, joining in with your family, taking on a challenge or simply stopping by to find out more about our club, it was fantastic to see so many people getting active and having fun together. 🙌

From fast-paced mini games and throwing challenges to plenty of dodging, catching, teamwork and smiles — we loved seeing families Give It a Go! ❤️

A massive thank you to North Northamptonshire Leisure and all the partners involved for inviting us to be part of another brilliant community event and for helping create opportunities for local families to be active.

And, of course, thank you to our Corby Dodgeball Club CIC coaches and volunteers for helping make the afternoon such a success. 👏

🎉 WHAT A DAY AT WE CAN 2026! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came over to say hello, watch our live demonstrations, and join in our taster sessions at Wicksteed Park today!

We had an absolute blast running high-energy mini-games, meeting so many incredible families, and showing North Northamptonshire what Corby Dodgeball Club CIC is all about. From complete beginners making brilliant catches to parents jumping in to throw a few dodgeballs alongside their kids, the energy across the field was fantastic from 11am right through to 2pm! 🤾♂️⚡

A massive shout-out to North Northamptonshire Leisure and all the event partners for putting on such an inspiring showcase for local sports, health, and wellbeing. We are proud to be part of such a welcoming, active community.
