Hello my name is Connor I am a fully qualified personal trainer working with in the local area offering a 1 to 1 or various other sessions to help you achieve your goals💪
I work out of Raise the bar pt studio in Coulsdon on Chipstead Valley Road i still a few session available for afternoon and evenings during the week💪
Whether the goal is short term or long term i want to make it am enjoyable and fun process 💪
If you prefur group training I also do a bootcamp tuesday and thursdays at 6pm💪
