Two Of A Kind Competition

These are more of a guideline of what athletes should be capable of in your teams and not what is 100% going to be included in the competition. ⁣
⁣
For the RX divisions there shouldn’t be much you cannot handle. ⁣
⁣
For scaled divisions, the best guideline would be if there is something listed in the RX category that you absolutely cannot do, you are scaled. ⁣
⁣
However, if you can do all the movements in RX but are maybe not the world’s greatest at them. You are still RX, please don’t drop down a category, challenge yourself and remember it’s just a bit of fun! ⁣
