Everyone’s running journey is individual. Whoever you are, whatever your age, size, shape, pace, distance or goal, it’s your journey. The only competition is against yourself. If you’re new to running and are feeling nervous being seen pounding the pavements just remember every other runner you see will think you’re awesome. That’s the running community, its supportive. So hold your head up and run proud. One foot in front of another.

Great week working with some amazing people. Today the amazing Annette smashed out 2k running non stop. Just 2 weeks ago Annette told me she couldn’t run, she had believed this for many years, she hadn’t run since being a young child. Now at the age of 54 she is smashing it. It’s amazing what a change in mindset can do. I really enjoy our runs and it’s such a positive time to work on mindset changes whilst we run together. Plus we always manage to enjoy some lovely trails.
