Lina has lost an incredible 11+ stone 🔥🔥

Following a gastric sleeve and Mounjaro - her weight loss and fitness journey really took place. After nearly 20 years away from the gym, Lina went from joking that she’d never set foot in one to becoming completely hooked! 😂

With the support of her PT and a programme to follow, she’s now on a muscle-building journey, focusing on getting stronger, fitter and healthier.

‘Hi 👋

My name is Eva and this is my never give up story 💪

I have been a consistent member at the Moat House Leisure Centre for around 2 years; at first I was coming not knowing what I was really doing and spending countless hours doing cardio and not seeing any changes to my physique. But with the relentless help and motivation from the fitness instructor Ian on site he has given me guidance on my nutrition and a training plan and I am now seeing rapid results in my weight loss and my strength increasing.

The centre has a very friendly environment and good facilities to help anyone achieve their goals and I’m glad I chose to start my journey here!
