Short and explosive time pressured workout in the sun ☀️
1️⃣ Pull ups x 5 reps
2️⃣ D.B Sn**ch x 3 reps (Each Side)
3️⃣ Push-ups x 10 reps
• Complete all reps within the minute; the remainder is your rest time ⏱
• When the next minute starts, the reps reset 📈
• Rolling timer for a total of 5-8 minute rounds 💪🏽

1️⃣ Shadow Boxing w/dumbbells x 30 reps
2️⃣ Skipping Double Unders x 20 reps
3️⃣ Burpees x 5 reps
• Aim to finish the 3 exercises within the minute ⏱
• The time remainder is the rest period before the next minute ⏳
• Exercises/Reps restart on the next minute 🔄
• 5-10 mins total 💪🏽
