I’m super excited to offer a special opportunity for athletes and gym hobbyists, whether you’re a pro, an amateur, or just love training.

Come join me for a free athletic performance testing session using lab-grade equipment. You’ll get insights into your athletic abilities, like your strength, power, and speed.

📌 Foundry Gym, Coventry
📅 10th - 11th & 17th - 18th of January (Saturday & Sunday in the 2nd and 3rd weeks of January)
⏰ 6pm-8pm (Testing will take 45-60 minutes)
👥 Groups of 4 people in one 45-minute time slot (you can book alone or bring your friends - EVERYBODY has to fill in the questionnaire and book a slot with their name and details)

I’ll guide you through the whole process, giving you personalised feedback to help you see where you’re at and how you can improve.

Whether you’re competing at a high level or just love pushing yourself in your training, this is a great chance to take things up a notch.

This is a professional athletic testing battery and you will receive 2 athlete scorecards upon completion which will paint the picture of your athleticism, physical qualities and weaknesses.

The tests will consist of:

* Maximal Vertical and Broad Jumps to evaluate leg strength and power
* Pogo Jumps to evaluate Reactive Strength Index (springiness and muscle elasticity)
* 10 meter Fly (sprint with a build up for max speed)
* Velocity Bench Press using a VBT device (to measure upper body explosive power)
* 5-10-5 Agility Test (Change of Direction Sprints to measure reactive speed and agility)
* Isometric Core Endurance
* 30/15 Treadmill Test until or close to exhaustion (incremental velocity increase in a treadmill run test to measure aerobic capacity)

You get out of training only what you put in. You have to kill this man to make him miss a session and all the hard work shows.

Basic strength + plyometric work, sprinting and improving mobility and range of motion. Now we jumping 50+ on a bad day and so much more room for improvement.

Dan wanted to get better S&C planning off the back of multiple elite judo competitions representing England and his London dojo, both at home and international, which put a big strain on his body and led to minor and medium injuries.

Lab-testing gave us a clear picture of his strengths and weaknesses when it came to his physical attributes which enabled me to program a solid plan in which we hit new PRs in terms of strength, power and mobility.

He did his own homework in terms of physiotherapy rehab and all the hard work came together into a successful period of training in which we managed to restore and improve his capacity for effort from all aspects.

This fight camp came with great results from a physical preparation standpoint. We ticked all the boxes that needed to be ticked.

Conditioning, strength, power, mobility, you name it, we improved it, only stands to show ‘s work ethic. Never skipping a session, no excuses, all work and grit.

Great day out in Birmingham at WRK HQ. Learned a lot from one of the top coaches in the fight business and all-around S&C, with the best stable of fighters.

Interesting to learn about Jonny’s training systems and seeing the similarities between my programming and his but also the little tips & tricks and gems that he was dropping on us, and the experience gained from working with contact athletes at the pinnacle of the sport.

Doing my due diligence until my turn comes 🔜
