Monday nights under the lights just hit different ✨
The girls showed up absolutely rearing to go, full energy from the first whistle 🔥

Tonight was all about fast feet, agility, and movement, keeping everyone working hard… and most importantly, warm 👀💪 We rounded things off with a quick game to finish on a high 🏐⚡

What a start to our new winter sessions! 🙌
So good to see a mix of familiar faces and some new ones joining the court tonight ❤️

We kicked things off with a fast-paced warm-up, built through some killer drills, and finished strong with a final game — all fuelled by the ultimate dance-pop throwback playlist 🎶🔥

The energy was high, the vibes were immaculate, and we can’t wait to do it all again next week 🏐✨
