❄️ Winter Sessions: Week 3! ❄️
Monday nights under the lights just hit different ✨
The girls showed up absolutely rearing to go, full energy from the first whistle 🔥
Tonight was all about fast feet, agility, and movement, keeping everyone working hard… and most importantly, warm 👀💪 We rounded things off with a quick game to finish on a high 🏐⚡

It was a cold one but that didn’t stop the girls! 🥶 We started the session with a quick but competitive warm up, focused on defending and feeding the ball and finished with a great game! 👏🏻 🏐
