10 days in the sun with my family ☀️
I ate what I wanted, drank plenty of beer, barely trained, slowed down, and fully switched off.
And I honestly think my body needed it more than I realised!
One holiday does not undo your progress.
I think sometimes we forget that health is also about:
• laughing more
• being present
• slowing down
• reducing stress
• making memories
Now I’m genuinely excited to get back into my training again - not from guilt, but because I enjoy it.
That’s the difference.
