Join us for a relaxed Beach Empowerment Photoshoot where we'll celebrate confidence, friendship and the amazing women we are today—not someday.

🥂 We'll kick things off with a glass of Prosecco before heading onto the beach.

We'll capture beautiful group and individual photos in the evening sunshine, with the incredibly talented Gina Bentley Photography, whose warm, relaxed style will have you feeling at ease in no time.

Just a wonderful group of women lifting each other up, creating unforgettable memories and proving that confidence has no age limit.

Let's Lift The Curfew Run #6

Join us for a 5km run around Exeter as we support This Girl Can’s national campaign, shining a light on the barriers women face when getting active outdoors after dark.

The “silent curfew” many women feel when the evenings draw in shouldn’t stop anyone from enjoying movement and feeling confident outdoors.

Together, we can raise awareness and help make our communities safer, more inclusive, and supportive for everyone.

🎉 We’ve got something FUN planned…

As part of our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY celebrations, we’re bringing you the very first Renew Sports Day 🏃‍♀️💪

Think traditional sports day games, with our very own PE teacher to keep a watch over things!

Alongside the optional sports day, we’ll also have a singer, music, drinks and nibbles - so there’s something for everyone whether you fancy getting involved or just coming along to relax and enjoy it.

This is all about celebrating Renew, our lovely members, our amazing community and the years to come ❤️
