The most common struggle in football players today is CONSISTENCY 🪜

That’s why I talk my players through the Consistency Pyramid.

Imagine you are building a pyramid, you need to have a strong foundation at the bottom. This is your MINDSET. Without a strong mindset towards your success you will always struggle to be consistent. 🧠

Secondly, we look at your habits, this entails your nutrition, your recovery and other habits that can either support or sacrifice your performance.

Thirdly, your routines. How well you prepare for games. Game and training day routines.

Lastly, shining brightly at the top of that pyramid is your PERFORMANCE. ⚽️

If you build the foundations strong enough your performance will look after itself.
