I remember this pic on the left like it was yesterday…
September 2015 - I’d just bought my first pair of workout leggings after being coaxed into going for a run with a friend from work, no idea what I was doing and completely unaware of the journey I was about to take myself on!
A journey which I once thought was all about losing weight and looking a certain way, but turned out over the years, to be something much more.
A journey which I truly believe saved me and showed me what I was capable of.
A journey that gave the girl on the left the strength to claim back the person she had longed to be all along.
And become the girl on the right 👊🏼

We’ve found having a simple whiteboard showing the class structure super helpful for our families, especially the kids - it helps for them to know what is coming up and keeps them especially motivated if they see we’re playing their favourite game! 🤸🏼♂️

It’s a weird one this year…
I am sooo ready for normality to resume but equally had such a fun packed summer I’d quite happily keep these nutters off a bit longer!

Massive shout out to our newest family and Noah who came to their first class at Ashburton Park yesterday!
It was a warm one, but both did incredibly well and I think we’re surprised how much they could push themselves 😉 - looking forward to having these two back down soon!
