We've added women's fitness/boxing/kickboxing on Saturdays at 12pm with Marvin Eagan.
We've added kickboxing pads on Thursdays at 5:30pm with coach Julian and NoGi grappling with Jimi Manuwa on Fridays at 5pm.

Guy we're glad to announce our Strength and Conditioning sessions will be up and running from this week. We've got renowned coach Marvin Eghan running them on Thursdays at 630pm.

Was good to see Daniel Crawford pop in fresh from his debut win at Cage Warriors over the weekend. He just can get enough of the gym!! Big congratulations to him

Well done Lions Pride MMA fighter Shane Cook in winning his 2nd pro fight at Fusion Fighting Championships with a 1st Round TKO. Next up Curtis Widmer fighting on BAMMA, December 14 in Birmingham.
