Phab is a national charity supporting social activities and sports for children and adults of all ages and abilities in England and Wales. Phab people

Our clubs and holiday projects are fully inclusive and can be accessed by everyone. The beginning of Phab can be traced back to 1957 and a holiday course at the National Association of Youth Clubs at Avon Tyrrell in Hampshire.
