🥋 8 years as a Black Belt. 🖤
This year marks 8 years since I achieved my Black Belt, and I'm so grateful for everything this journey has given me.
A black belt was never the finish line—it was just the beginning. Over the last 8 years I've continued to learn, grow, overcome challenges, and become not only a better martial artist, but a better coach and person.
I'm incredibly thankful to everyone who has supported me along the way—my Sensei, my parents, and everyone who has stepped onto the mats with me. Every lesson, every challenge, and every achievement has shaped who I am today.
Here's to continuing to learn, inspiring others, and proving that the journey never truly ends.

🥋 Our Bring a Buddy Week is Here! 🥋
It's been fantastic to see our students sharing their love of karate by bringing their friends along to class! 💙
There's been plenty of smiles, teamwork, and confidence building as our students stepped into the role of Sensei, teaching their friends some of the skills they've worked so hard to learn.
A huge welcome to everyone who's joined us this week—we hope you've had as much fun as we have! Thank you to all of our students for being such brilliant role models and making everyone feel welcome.

A huge well done to all the children that graded in June! Seeing you all progress and build confidence, not just inside the dojo but outside the lessons too, is amazing! We help children develop skills for life and a huge skill for the grading is performing in front of large audiences. Just getting up in front of the crowd makes you a winner!
