A mission to master the basics ⭐️

Repetition, details, tempo and fun.

More fantastic training action from Monday this week, captured by PJFootballphotography ⭐️

A small group session, which demonstrated the significant progress being made by four regular attendees, who are also loving their team football with St. Andrews Colts FC 🔥

A blend of unopposed technical practice, involving repetition and fine detail, moving into opposed practice to try and draw out the good habits under some defensive pressure. 🧠

Very enjoyable session, well done! 🔟

Saturdays with Elite Technique ✨⚽️

There has been some very high-quality technical practice taking place over the last three Saturday mornings at Cupar Astro. 🔥

Our early group is a 09:15am start for the 2018/2019 age groups, which is packed with energy and there has been an enormous amount of progress here. A great age to be grooving the habit of playing with both feet and a genuine enthusiasm to soak up information about new skills ⭐️

At 10:45am, the older players kick off and we are predominantly working 2013 and 2014 born players, with 2015 players who are keen to challenge themselves also dropping in. A terrific group of players who are putting a brilliant effort into refining their technique and decision making in game realistic scenarios. 🧠

It’s heart warming to see kids from various different football clubs make such an effort with one another with the common goal of enjoying their improvements. 💙🤍
