Active UNlimited - Fitness

Good morning. As I plan my gradual return from maternity leave Im thinking of REBRANDING my business to incorporate an umbrella that sits atop all of my offerings.

Health. Fitness. Wellness. Dance. Massage. Menopause coaching. Retreats. Holistic living. Farm-to-fork food prep. Organic farming & homesteading.

One word that encompasses all of that.

A words than blends my way of life with what I share with people.

That's not too "woo" or fluffy for my hardcore fitness.

That's not to "hard" for the softer side of things.

ACTIVE UNLIMITED has served me so well over the years...but it feels a bit too "physical" now for some of the non-exercise kinda stuff.

My massage has expanded to incorporate other bodywork and somatic healing over time, so the name "AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSGE" feels too limited for that side of things.

Im being particularly drawn to the word VITALITY.

I'm feeling the colour green.

And I want a new LOGO to reflect the re-brand. Nothing too disimilar to the current logo I have currently. But something more simple.

Something less fussy. Streamlined, yet fluid, to lend easily to the diverse types of things that I offer.

My current logo is all the colours. It portrays unity, inclusivity and my desire to appeal to every BODY.

Its a tough one. Its difficult to find a one-size-fits-all. But Im determined to find it.

Anyone have any thoughts/ ideas / suggestions?

With the noise of the wind (Storm Daragh) she possibly got spooked. The wind will make it difficult to smell her way home. Shes also partially hard of hearing. She's old and fragile and doesn't tolerate the cold and we've only been in the area a matter of weeks.

Please please help us find her and return her to her kiddies who are absolutely panicking 😬

My log cabin home massage studio in Rainham (Essex) will be up and running from Monday 8th January and at this point I will no longer be offering mobile treatments as standard.

As most of you know, the cabin is a delicious sanctuary to escape everyday life and really indulge in some "you time".
The studio is warm and cozy and I have my trusted heated blankets for that extra hug on your skin.
It's filled with zen, good vibes and gentle music and aromas to soothe your soul.

My annual reminder as mother's day approaches.
My body is the greatest asset I will ever own.
For all the lumps and bumps and curves and edges, the skin I'm in has grown humans from seed, and nourished them earthside.

My womb has been home to my babies.
My breasts have been life source to my babies.
My lap has been comfort to my children.
My hands have cradled them.
My heart has loved them.
My eyes watch out for them.
My lips teach them and encourage them.

My body is a work of art and a book cover of so many chapters. I adore her.

I keep her loved and cherished and maintained so that she continues to serve me and my journey.
