The Trust held talks with Essex FA and Leisure United last week and will be introducing Walking Football sessions next month at Parsloes Park. The sessions will be open to men and women aged 40+ for a nominal sum eg £2-3 per session, with the first month free of charge. Walking Football provides a great opportunity for people to get out, make new friends, have fun, undertake exercise, lose weight, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and much, much more.
Details will be circulated later this week. At some point, we plan to introduce Disability Football at the same venue.
