Pilates Teachers need to train too! I’d scheduled my own workout and thought I’d talk you through some of the exercises on the reformer and chair: Short Box series, Side and Front Split on the Reformer. Swan Dive on the chair.

Are you getting out in the sun? ☀️
The Pilates studio is closed this week so I can spend time with my small people. They’ve been angels helping to water veg plants with watering cans, learning tap dancing and showing me the best funny animal videos 😹

PS does anyone know if there’s an exemption for allotment growers who are growing their own food? Asking for a friend 😅
