It was a great little walk and a lovely way to start the Sunday.

This time of the year can be hard for some, I’m going to do this walk again next Sunday (same time 9:30am), it’s free to attend, come along and get some exercise, meet some new people and get some fresh air.

My classes are small PT group sessions, this means each person gets attention and pushed. Plus, you can also utilise me for all things health and fitness.

I have 1 space available in my morning classes. Why don’t you come and join the team 💪🏼.

Classes are -

Monday 6am
Wednesday 6am
Thursday 6am
Friday 6am
Saturday 7:30am and 9am

Classes changed so you’re not doing the same thing twice within a week.

Classes include bounce, pump, circuits, boxercise, HIIT, weights and bootcamp.
