I’m starting a new class at Chancery Lane Health and Wellness Centre on Monday 8th April 10am. This is suitable for all ages, male/ female, beginners welcome. Small class size ( maximum 10 ) Do you want to improve your general fitness, flexibility and core strength? Runners and cyclists - Pilates will strengthen your core and hips/ gluts to improve performance and help prevent injury.

Small group size. Back to basics class - no previous experience necessary. Pilates is great for flexibility and core strength - beneficial for runners and cyclists.
