Normal sunday, 2 lads no showed because pi**ed still Joe Wagstaff Keian Layton some boys 🍺🍺🍺

For 30 mins Middleton looked class, full of energy and playing well.
Went a few goals up, all looked good although a difficult game against a much improved gainford from last season.
Then after 30 mins, not sure what happened but bizarrely the ref went west, loads of free kicks and 2 crazy pens to gainford, 1 was 2 yards outside the box, suddenly Middleton looked on edge in the 2nd half.
He was that crazy gainford even said was great having 12, ref giving us everything, honesty from them 👍
Gainford then had the edge, Middleton looked all over, but managed to get the result.
Well done groves MOTM with very good performances from parkin, leigh, whittle and hughes

Game on lads
With players still on hols, preferring there kids bdays and having them on ko times, lads at spas, getting hair permed and all the rest we are proud to actually be able to play the game
Few young lads drafted in, with a few of the old heads, let's get behind each other and go for it
