Today was all about CARTWHEELS! 🤸‍♀️✨

Our younger gymnasts practised the beginnings of cartwheels over a block, while our older ones challenged themselves with cartwheels on a bench with ribbons, cartwheels off high apparatus, one-handed cartwheels, cartwheels landing on one leg and round-off preparation! 💪

It’s so lovely to see them giving each other tips and cheering each other on - building skills, confidence and teamwork together! 💙

Double tap to celebrate their progress! 👏 Well done, team! 🌟

Today was all about being upside down… because why not?! 🤸‍♀️🙃

Perfecting our shapes, reaching new heights and learning lots of new skills! Well done to all our gymnasts for their hard work, bravery and determination today! 🌟👏

Double tap to celebrate their achievements! 💙💛

This week, we’ve been working on our level skills in preparation for level testing in Term 2! 🤸‍♀️ We’ll be seeing which skills each gymnast has achieved and celebrating their progress. 🌟

Check out our amazing gymnast - with her level card in one hand, a ribbon in the other and a beautiful arabesque! Pointed toes, a lovely shape and so much to be proud of. 💙👏

Double tap/like to celebrate her hard work! ✨

It’s handstand week! 🤸‍♀️💙

Our gymnasts have been stepping outside their comfort zones and taking on new challenges, including handstands on the tabletops! We’ve been working on moving away from the “banana” shape towards a strong, tight handstand: pushing through the shoulders and keeping the whole body engaged.

Swipe to see these amazing gymnasts in action, and double tap to celebrate their bravery! 👏✨

As much as we’d love to skip it…. We can’t skip a bit of conditioning in our sessions💪

A little snippet from today’s session! 🤸🏽‍♀️💙

I’m so happy to be back doing what I love. Seeing the children learn new skills and grow in confidence is simply the best!

This session brought some exciting new challenges, and the team absolutely aced them…. including handstands across the bench onto the parallettes! 👏🏽⭐️

Well done, everyone!

Looking forward to teaching at our other schools this week ☺️

☀️🤸‍♀️ That’s a wrap for the summer! 🤸‍♂️☀️

All of our Flip & Stick Gymnastics sessions have now finished for the summer break! 💙💛

A huge thank you to all of our amazing parents for your continued support throughout the year.

It has been an absolute pleasure teaching your children each week. Watching them grow in confidence, develop new skills, overcome challenges and achieve their next badges has been so rewarding. You should all be incredibly proud of how far they’ve come this year! 🌟

Have a wonderful, safe and relaxing summer, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back in September and see some new faces for another fantastic term of learning, fun and gymnastics! 🤸✨
