I know that sounds ridiculous ..

But hear me out.

Youโ€™ve probably told yourself that you just want to lose weight.

But if I sat down with you for ten minutes, I donโ€™t think weโ€™d spend much time talking about the scales.

I think youโ€™d tell me ..

Youโ€™re fed up planning your life around diets.

You hate how much space food takes up in your head.

You avoid buying new clothes because youโ€™d rather wait until youโ€™ve lost weight.

You dread holidays because instead of looking forward to them, youโ€™re already thinking about how youโ€™ll get back on track afterwards.

You want to stop feeling guilty every time you eat something you enjoy.

Thatโ€™s the conversation we have with women every single week.

โ€œI wore shorts all weekend and there was no F***S givenโ€

One of the best messages Iโ€™ve had all week.

Fee Fee is a full-time working mum,

The kids are off for summer,

Weโ€™ve got a holiday in four weeks,

And life isnโ€™t slowing down anytime soon.

But instead of putting everything on hold because โ€œitโ€™s summerโ€, sheโ€™s done the opposite.

Weโ€™ve planned ahead,ย 

Her training is in the diary, but we also know life doesnโ€™t always go to plan.

So if she canโ€™t make the gym, thereโ€™s a Plan B,

Maybe thatโ€™s getting out for a walk instead or a shorter workout.

And if that doesnโ€™t happen?

Thereโ€™s a Plan C.

Focus on the basics. Hit her protein, get her steps in, make the best food choices she can and move on.

Thatโ€™s the Duffy Gear System.

Thereโ€™s always another gear to drop into instead of giving up completely.

And thatโ€™s how Fee Fee is staying consistent.

Thatโ€™s how sheโ€™s still getting results.
