How Do Coaches Passes Work?

To ensure the competition area remains safe and organised, coaches passes will be allocated based on club size.

✔️ 1 Coach Pass – Clubs with 1–5 competitors
✔️ 2 Coach Passes – Clubs with 6+ competitors

Coaches passes will be issued at reception on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the responsibility of each team to decide who will use their allocated passes throughout the day.

Important reminders:

🥋 One coach per athlete may sit mat-side during a match
🪑 Coaches must remain seated during matches
🚫 Coaches must not interfere with referees, table staff, or event officials
🚪 Athletes and coaches must leave the competition area once their match has concluded

How Do Weigh-Ins Work?

To keep things simple and efficient:

✔ Athletes may weigh in without wearing their Gi
✔ Competitors entered in both Gi and No-Gi only need to weigh in once
✔ You can weigh in at any point during the day
✔ Priority will be given to athletes competing first

For Junior and Juvenile athletes only, organisers will allow up to a 0.5kg weight allowance.

Please ensure you register in the correct weight category. Athletes who fail to make weight will be disqualified.
