Victory CC 2nd XI produced a complete team performance to register a massive 236-run victory over Butterley United CC in the Derbyshire County League Division 9 Central.

Batting first, Captain Pavan Kumar Vardhineni led from the front with a magnificent 105 (76), while Manoj Antony played a breathtaking knock of 89 (43) as VCC piled up 305/3 in 31 overs.

Our bowlers then backed it up brilliantly, skittling Butterley United for just 69. Phani Adabala starred with 3/20, while Sijo Jose claimed 2/7, ensuring a clinical all-round victory.

A well-deserved Player of the Match award was shared by Pavan Kumar Vardhineni and Manoj Antony for their outstanding batting display.
