So i've been co-tutoring the level 3 course in counselling skills and theory for the past year, and today it has been confirmed that not only have I been approved to teach the level 3 as the lead tutor, but also that I have been approved to co-tutor the level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling!! Which is the big one! Qualification level! 🥳
This is my happy and proud face!!!

Guess whaaaaat.... I'm going to be volunteering at Download Festival this year as a therapist!

One off, FREE therapy sessions is one of the wonderful things Blink Mental Health offer and I'm sooo excited to be part of the team this year!

I saw them there last year and was so impressed and excited about the idea of bringing free therapy to a festival space where people may be feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or emotional from music that speaks to them. I have been waiting all year since to apply and sign up... And today I got confirmation that Download... I'm coming for ya 🤩🙌

It's not the finished article yet... I want new chairs and some finishing touches, but it's a fully functioning therapy room 😍🤩
Which means I am one step closer!
From 21st May I will have availability to see clients on Thursdays both face to face in Oakwood and online. Please feel free to share with friends and family.

Finally got around to painting what is to be my therapy room 😍 I loooove the colour and the fact my boys 'helped' me!

Yes this means I will be offering face to face talking therapy 🤩 which is the most exciting thing ever!

Let's see if it needs a second coat 🫣

So it's actually official... As of 21st May I will be opening my books for more private therapy clients on Thursdays... ...
