Almost a year ago, this class started with just a couple of people and a lot of uncertainty. Seeing it still going strong today honestly means a lot to me.

I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who has trained with us, supported the class, learned, and helped build such a positive and welcoming environment. Couldn’t have done it without you.

Two days of non-stop training, learning, and adrenaline at the International Krav Maga Federation UK Instructors' Update weekend. Exhausting, yes - but also incredibly educational, inspiring, and an absolute joy to be surrounded by such skilled instructors and amazing people. Testing went brilliantly, and all of us who tested left with an extra stripe! Huuuuge thank you to everyone at the International Krav Maga Federation UK and E.I.T. Jonathan Maati for making this possible.

Tuesdays 19:00–20:00 (Starting February)

Wednesdays 18:00–19:00

Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to improve your fitness, or want practical, real-world self-defence skills, these classes are suitable for all levels and led in a supportive, focused environment.
