What does a ârealisticâ fitness routine actually look like? đ
Not 6 workouts a week.
Not hours in the gym.

But actually, what gets the best results is just keeping things simple and consistent.

Donât aim for 5â6 workouts a week. Start with 2â3 you can actually stick to.

3ď¸âŁ Focus on how you feel, not just how you look
More energy, better mood, feeling stronger â thatâs what keeps you going long-term.
