I want to take this opportunity to say thank you.

Thank you to all my friends and family who came out and met me at various clubs throughout the journey and to everyone who stood at the side of the road in Bervie for an hour waiting for me finishing my pint 😂.

Thanks to all the clubs I visited who let me in and showed me around their stadiums.

Thanks to Craig and the lads from 2Bampod for joining me for a few miles, not having to cycle the whole route alone was fantastic.

Between my JustGiving page and cash donations it looks like I’ve passed the £4,000 mark which is double my initial target. Thank you to everyone who has donated, every email I received with a new donation gave me loads of encouragement to keep going.

The money raised is going to a great cause…..

Every 90 minutes in the UK someone sadly takes their own lives, it doesn’t have to be like this. There is always someone out there who cares and if you think there isn’t, Call Samaritans who answer a call every 10 seconds in the UK helping people get through their darkest times.

And a massive final thank you to my beautiful and very understanding wife for not only letting me disappear on my bike for a week, but for bringing me supplies all around the country, being on the end of the phone when I was struggling during some hard moments and for organising my welcome through Bervie on Friday night 😂. I couldn’t have done it without you 😘.
