We had the pleasure today of an invitation to Grantown for a football festival against a host of very talented teams.
Our under 8 squad had their second go at 7 a side and all credit to their attitude and how quickly they learned, particularly in defence with a string of clean sheets!
Our under 10’s were also fantastic defensively, only conceding one goal overall (two penalty saves from Callum) and strong going forward as always.
A special mention has to go Stan McTomminay with probably the best goal I’ve ever seen in youth football with an incredible overhead kick, very special.
Well done to all players and parents for making the journey and doing the club proud.
