My name is Liza Johnson and I am the chief enthusiast! I am a true entrepreneur at heart, having built and managed my own successful businesses for over 19 years. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges that small business owners face and the dedication it takes to build a successful business. I have also been chair of Durham City Business Improvement District and founded a CIC that utilised a high street store to provide business support and mentoring to Small scale Manufacturing businesses.
As a business coach, my passion for small business is evident in my approach to mentoring. I use a professional reflective method that comes from a place of compassion and support for my clients. I understand the pressures that business owners face in a way that few others can. I understand that running a business can be challenging, and I am here to help.
I offer a range of services, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and I am dedicated to helping you achieve success. My aim is always to reduce your stress and save you time and money.
Unlike many small business coaches, I have started and run five six-figure businesses, often on my own. I have learned the path by walking it. One of my specialities is working with small product business owners to help them scale their operations and increase their revenue. I have a wealth of experience in this area, and I have helped many businesses grow and thrive. In addition to my coaching and mentoring services, I also offer a range of resources and tools, including templates, worksheets, and checklists, to help my clients stay organized and on track. Many of these will be for sale as stand-alone products on this site soon.
